1. Scope These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and services provided by Rome Duty Free S.r.l. through our website and airport retail locations.

2. Contract Formation A purchase contract is formed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation.

3. Prices & Payment All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and other options displayed at checkout.

4. Availability of Goods Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders in justified cases.

5. Delivery & Airport Pickup Airport pickup is available at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and must comply with customs and travel regulations. Delivery within Italy and selected EU countries is available for eligible products.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days if products are unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Liability Rome Duty Free S.r.l. is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Rome Duty Free S.r.l. or licensed partners.

9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.
